Your schedule now adds up to a full-time year, so we’ve added the Grad Pack.
It is the yearly advisement package every full-time student needs: graduation
planning with an advisor, your cap, tassel and gown, and your diploma.
A growing number of states now fund private and online school tuition directly, through education savings accounts and scholarship programs. American Heritage Online is approved in nine of them, which means an eligible family can enroll here and have their state pay the tuition.
Below is every program we are set up for and what it pays. Once your award is approved, schedule a call and we will apply your program’s discount to your registration, so you pay nothing out of pocket.
How it works
Apply to your state's programEach program has its own application, its own window, and its own rules. Start there, not with us.
Get your awardYour state notifies you of the amount and sets up your account in Odyssey or ClassWallet.
Schedule a quick callWe confirm your award, pick your courses with you, and apply your program's 100% discount to the registration, so nothing is charged to you.
We invoice your programOur registrar issues an invoice for your tuition and submits it through your state's portal.
Your program pays usMost states disburse quarterly. Your student starts on schedule either way.
Programs we are approved for

Who qualifies
Utah students in K–12 not enrolled full time in a public school
The program is operating normally while the Utah Supreme Court reviews an appeal of a 2025 district court ruling.
Home-based students in grades 7–12. Grades K–6 receive $6,000. The larger private-school award requires in-person attendance, so it does not apply to an online school.

Rolling. Approve by Aug 15 for funding Sept 1; by Oct 15 for Nov 2; by Dec 15 for Jan 4. Awards stop when the fund is exhausted.
Who qualifies
Utah students with a disability determination under IDEA, not enrolled in a public or charter school
This one works differently from the others: you pay us at checkout and claim it back from Children First Education Fund by submitting your receipt, rather than us invoicing the program. You cannot hold this and Utah Fits All at the same time — choose whichever pays more for your student.
Schedule a call with us. We verify your award, enroll your student, and apply your program discount so nothing is charged to you.
Sign in to your Odyssey parent portal and confirm American Heritage Online High School as your school or provider.
Our registrar issues your tuition invoice and submits it through Odyssey.
Approve the charge in your portal if Odyssey asks you to. Payment is released on your program’s disbursement schedule, usually quarterly.
If Odyssey asks for an invoice or a quote before you enroll, email registrar@ahsmail.com and we will send one.
ClassWalletArizona, Arkansas, New Hampshire
Schedule a call with us. We verify your award, enroll your student, and apply your program discount so nothing is charged to you.
Sign in to ClassWallet and open Pay Vendor (some states label it DirectPay).
Search for American Heritage Online High School. If you cannot find us, email registrar@ahsmail.com and we will send the vendor details your state needs.
Upload the invoice our registrar sends you and submit the payment request. ClassWallet pays us directly; no money leaves your pocket.
American Heritage Online High School does not administer any of these programs and does not decide who qualifies. Eligibility, award amounts, application windows, and payment schedules are set by each state and are subject to change, including by pending litigation. Always confirm details on the official program site before you enroll.
Program discounts are applied by our registrar once an award is verified. Questions about your award belong with your state program; questions about enrollment, invoices, or transcripts belong with our registrar at registrar@ahsmail.com.
